Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellation requests for physical products must be emailed or submitted via the contact form within 24 hours of placing the order with the subject line "Order Cancellation". Any cancellation requests made outside of the 24 hour window will not be approved. An approved cancellation request does not automatically grant a refund.

We will not cancel your order if it has been lost in the mail, missing, stolen or delivered to you and you do not like it. 

We will grant a one-time courtesy cancellation if you have duplicate orders for the same exact product. The duplicate order will receive a full refund. The original order will remain on file to be processed.

If you have placed an order and decide that you no longer want the product and email a cancellation request within 24 hours, you will receive a partial refund. 

REFUNDS

We hope that you love your product(s)! In the event that you have received the wrong product or a defective item, you have up to 5 days from the product's delivery to notify us if there is an issue with the product(s) you received. 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the package slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
